Mercusys Halo H30G AC1300 Dual Band Gigabit Mesh Wi-Fi System (1 Pack)

Mercusys Halo H30G AC1300 Dual Band Gigabit Mesh Wi-Fi System (1 Pack)

The Mercusys Halo H30G is a compact, cube-shaped mesh Wi-Fi unit built for homes and small offices that want stable wireless and wired performance without a complicated setup. This single pack gives you one Halo node, which can work as your main router on its own or be added to other Halo H30G units later to grow a whole-home mesh network one room at a time.

It runs on dual band Wi-Fi 5, delivering up to 867 Mbps on the 5 GHz band and up to 400 Mbps on the 2.4 GHz band. The 5 GHz link suits streaming, video calls and online gaming, while 2.4 GHz reaches further for phones, smart plugs and other light devices that sit further from the router. MU-MIMO and beamforming help the unit serve several devices at once and focus signal toward them.

Each node carries two gigabit Ethernet ports that sense WAN or LAN automatically, so you can plug in an ONU, a PC, a smart TV or a gaming console without worrying about which port is which. Setup and daily control happen through the MERCUSYS app, and the router supports PPPoE, Dynamic IP and Static IP, which covers the connection types used by most broadband providers in Bangladesh.

Start With One Node, Expand Later

Buying a single Halo H30G lets you begin with a normal router replacement and pay for coverage only when you need it. If a bedroom or upper floor later shows weak signal, another H30G unit can join the same mesh. All nodes share one network name and password, so you never have to switch between networks manually.

802.11k/v/r Roaming Between Rooms

The Halo system uses the 802.11k/v/r mesh protocol together with self-healing routing. When you walk around with a phone during a call, the device is guided to the nearest node instead of clinging to a weak signal. If one node goes offline, the remaining nodes reroute traffic to keep the network running, so a single fault does not take the whole home offline.

Two Auto-Sensing Gigabit Ports per Unit

Gigabit wiring means the wired side of the router will not limit a fast fibre plan. Because both ports detect WAN and LAN on their own, any port can take the internet line, and the second one can feed a desktop, a printer or a small switch.

Router or Access Point Mode

The H30G can run as the main router handling your internet connection, or in Access Point mode behind an existing router supplied by your ISP. This makes it useful for offices that already have a gateway but need better Wi-Fi.

Guest Wi-Fi, Parental Controls and Security

You can create separate 2.4 GHz and 5 GHz guest networks so visitors stay away from your private devices. Parental controls, QoS, new-device alerts, an SPI firewall, WPA/WPA2 encryption and IPv6 support are all included in the firmware.
