HOW TO USE MAONO AU-100R MICROPHONE

• Step 1 Fully insert the 3.5mm jack of the microphone into the hole of your phone. Note: Need a Lightning to 3.5mm adapter for iPhone 7 and above, which is usually included in your phone box.
• Step 2 Turn on the phone recorder and start recording. Note: There were cases when smartphone’s built-in video editor did not recognize an external microphone. You need to download and install APP "open camera".
• Step 3 After the recording is over, unplug the microphone and start listening to your recording file. Note: If you listen to the recording directly without unplugging the microphone, you will not hear any sound.
